Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our online university. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before completing your registration.

1. All Tuition is Non-Refundable

All course tuition and fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted, except as provided in the limited exception below.

2. Technology Requirements

It is the responsibility of the enrollee to ensure they have the necessary electronic devices, internet connection, and browser compatibility to access the course platform and materials. No refunds will be issued due to an enrollee’s inability to access the website or course content resulting from technical incompatibility or insufficient internet access.

3. Refund Exception – Limited Eligibility

A full refund may only be granted under the following condition:

• Neither the video lessons nor the quizzes have been viewed, accessed, or attempted to access by the enrollee.

If any part of the course—whether a video lesson has been played or a quiz started or completed—has been accessed, the tuition becomes fully non-refundable.

To request a refund under the limited exception, the enrollee must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of purchase and must not have accessed any course materials. Send requests to [email protected].
